More work on the South Marina seawall

Pouring the concrete for the section between the office and dock no. 4


September 10, 2007 - The barge arrives from the North Marina with a crane to continue working on the section between Dock 4 and Dock 5.

Rebuilding Old Port Cove North Marina

First all of the existing docks were removed. The concrete pieces were loaded on a barge and floated down the lake to make an artificial reef. This picture was made on May 21, 2007.

September 2, 2007, Gil and Frank survey the rebuilding progress from Gary's boat.

Lots of progress!


This is the area for small boats -- finished.

Then back to the South Marina -- The collapsed seawall has been repaired. Note that only one section had to be completely replaced.
