A beautiful evening for a cookout at the Beautiful North Palm Beach Marina. Thanks to Frank, we have a TV to watch the Bellmont Horse Race. Big Brown will make history as the first Triple Crown winner in 30 years!

Our whole crowd is stunned! We can't believe it. Big Brown came in last!

We are so happy to have Roy back from the hospital in New York. He looks great!
